It is usually used for flat roof areas that are exposed to direct sunlight and weathering. This solution can be expensive but is long lasting and offer significantly more efficiency, delivering higher value than the price. Polyurethane Liquid Membrane waterproofing methods has become more popular due its higher flexibility, cracks filling, strong adhesion, seamless finish and weather resistance. The only con is its sensitivity to moisture content. Therefore the before application, the surface needs to be prepared to eliminate any moisture content.
